About Our Clinic| Why do you have password-protected areas on our website? |
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password. |
| What are your hours of operation? |
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. Saturday, we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please call 728-9140 to book a convenient appointment time. |
| What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
In an EMERGENCY, call 728-9140. Leave your name, phone number and a brief description of your problem. Our on call veterinarian will return your call as soon as possible. Remember to stay off your phone line so the doctor may reach you.

| Where is your clinic located? |
We are conveniently located at 2015 - A Brandon Ave, Brandon MB. Our building is situated beside Source for Sports. Please refer to Our Location section on our site for the map. |
| How do I get my password? |
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 728-9140 or by e-mailing our clinic at bac@escape.ca. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password. |
